Dustin Sellers is a General Partner at NCL Partners and Partner at Koa Capital Partners, where he has spent over a decade investing in and scaling lower middle-market businesses through the Search Fund model. He is a Search Fund Hall of Fame operator, best known for acquiring ProService Hawaii and growing it from $13M to over $200M in revenue — generating a 22x return for investors. Dustin also serves as an Adjunct Professor at USC Marshall, where he co-teaches Introduction to ETA. He holds a BS in Business Administration from USC Marshall and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Rich Julien is a Partner at BOKA Capital, a global investment group focused on identifying and funding deep tech companies addressing national security needs across the AUKUS alliance. He brings over 30 years of experience spanning technology innovation, defense, and intelligence, with prior roles at Amazon Web Services leading public sector venture initiatives and nearly a decade as a US Army Officer. Rich holds a BA in History, Political Science, and International Relations from USC.
Victor Mayasa is a Partner at Presidio Investors, where he has focused on middle market buyouts in entertainment and business services since 2009. He brings nearly two decades of PE, investment banking, and operating experience, with prior roles at PwC and GreenPoint Mortgage. Victor holds an MBA from the University of Michigan (Ross), a Master of Business Taxation from USC, and a BS from UC Berkeley (Haas).
TJ Richardson is the Founder of Rubi, an AI-native deal intelligence platform built for private equity teams. His path to founding Rubi was shaped by hands-on experience at IMB Partners, where he saw firsthand the operational inefficiencies consuming deal teams. Prior to Rubi, he held roles in marketing and media at HBO Max and Warner Music Group. TJ holds a BBA from the USC Marshall School of Business.
